These pants are more of a dress material and will be super nice with the heat coming up. they are flowy, and the waistband is so stretchy. I love these casual style pants!

I have bought these pants before. So this review will be about wearing and laundering them. The pants fit great, previously, I purchased XXL, I bought XL because they stretch a bit when worn. They wash wonderfully and shrink a little when they have just come out of the dryer, but they do stretch out in a few minutes when I wear them.
